Messaging users
The perrenial problem of messaging users. Users with a capital L. Well, maybe not. But this function still makes it easier. A simple function which outputs some pretty HTML and CSS which displays a nice message to the user. Bung the CSS in a common CSS file if you want to save some bandwidth, otherwise simply call the function with two args. The first is the bold warning message, whilst the second is the " main" warning text. It looks a little like this:

And this is the main body text.
Oh and don't forget about the image. I belongs in /images
